Each pair of these easy to wear Flicka Handmade earrings is handmade in my studio in Newcastle NSW, Mayfield. These matte black studs are a great way to complete any outfit, with their minimalist style, you can pair these with jeans, or your favourite dress.
These studs are super lightweight and come with comfortable hypo-allergenic stainless steel backs designed for sensitive ears and make an excellent Mother’s Day gift or birthday gift.

Mens black stud earrings
These 12mm round black stud earrings are a popular choice for men and women. They’re designed to be gender neutral and make a great minimal statement. Measuring 12mm in diameter, they’re the perfect size if you’re looking for a small to medium sized stud with a shine free flat matte finish.
Stud Earrings Materials
Black stud earrings have no hanging parts and are a simple timeless round shape. At Flicka Handmade our earrings are primarily made from hand rolled polymer clay and surgical steel.
All pairs of earrings are sold individually and are currently in stock.
Surgical Steel
Also known as 316L grade stainless steel, or marine stainless, this metal gives the earring back a superb silver look that is hypoallergenic and suitable for most sensitive ears. Many people with sensitive ears tolerate this metal alloy well, however there are instances where hyper sensitive ears may still react.
316L stainless is made from an alloy of chromium, manganese, titanium, carbon, silicon, nitrogen and nickel in varying combinations. All steel contains some tiny amounts of nickel and we only source the highest quality to reduce any likelihood of irritation. Those people who are highly sensitive to nickel should consider another material for their earrings such a s sterling silver or gold.
Size
The size of these medium earrings is just over 1.6cm in diameter, or 16mm round. Around about the size of a 10 cent piece. The post is approximately 11mm long designed for your all day comfort.

Unique jewellery
Each pair is handmade separately and therefore may differ slightly from the pair of earrings pictured, however will be hand cut from the same slab of polymer clay. Any variation will be slight.
