How your earrings are delivered
Shipping is offered via standard Australia Post registered parcel mail delivery only. Tracking is available on the Satchels. If goods are damaged, lost, or stolen, no liability can be held against Flicka Handmade.
Registered post satchel is available for $8.95. Delivery is available to one address per order, within Australia.
Providing the correct delivery address is the responsibility of the customer. We take no liability for incorrectly supplied delivery addresses.
Packaging
Our packaging is made from 100% recycled cardboard and paper. We are making a conscious effort to become more environmentally friendly and reduce our carbon footprint, while keeping shipping costs as low as possible.
Our gorgeous earring cards are also recyclable, and come with a stunning gold embellishment on the front, making the earrings highly presentable and ready to gift, no further wrapping required if you don’t wish.
Each order is carefully packed inside a Flicka Handmade Gift box and then placed inside a sturdy cardboard package, ready for delivery to you or your loved one.
Covid-19 Shipping and delivery
Due to covid-19 Australia Post has been experiencing longer than usual delivery timeframes. Please allow extra time for delivery delays, particularly around the Christmas period and other holiday times in Australia, this may see delivery delays occur.
As a business, we are respecting all Covid-19 rules and regulations. Free local contactless pickup is available in Newcastle NSW. Please respect physical distancing laws when collecting your order to ensure we are all safe.
